I am giving an interview regarding the "Approval of the State Drug Policy Strategy for the period up to 2030 and the approval of the operational plan for its implementation for 2023-2025 in Ukraine." I highlighted the challenges we face during the wartime period and the pressing issues I would like to emphasize that the Strategy outlines four main goals: 1. Promoting a healthy lifestyle and reducing the demand for narcotic substances, among other things; 2. Ensuring the availability of substitution maintenance therapy; 3. Providing timely diagnostic, preventive, medical, and social services for individuals with drug dependence; 4. Combating the illicit trafficking of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, etc., and their timely seizure.
