As we step into 2025, we are thrilled to announce a £40.6 million deal with Invesco Real Estate for our first ever private rental scheme. The PRS deal at Beaulieu in Chelmsford will see the development of 99 build-to-rent homes for Invesco Real Estate. These homes will form part of the wider Beaulieu development, where we are building a total of 246 homes, with 67 designated as affordable housing. Beaulieu represents a number of firsts for us. It not only marks our debut in the private rental scheme market, but also showcases our first venture into timber frame construction.
