As we step into 2025, we are thrilled to announce a £40.6 million deal with Invesco Real Estate for our first ever private rental scheme. The PRS deal at Beaulieu in Chelmsford will see the development of 99 build-to-rent homes for Invesco Real Estate. These homes will form part of the wider Beaulieu development, where we are building a total of 246 homes, with 67 designated as affordable housing. Beaulieu represents a number of firsts for us. It not only marks our debut in the private rental scheme market, but also showcases our first venture into timber frame construction. Moreover, this development signifies our expansion beyond our traditional East Anglian roots, bringing our exquisite new homes to new horizons.
