The prospects of artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks implementation in the tourism and hospitality industry were one of the topics discussed at the latest MITT International Travel & Hospitality Show.
· The annual financial impact of AI implementation in the Russian hotel business sector is expected to amount to about RUB 20 billion.
· According to our estimates, implementation of AI-based predictive analytics tools will help hotels cut their marketing spending by up to 30%.
· AI technologies are already being applied along the customer journey, from personalized offers to assistance during the stay in the destination country.
