A key leadership lesson from wolves is the importance of teamwork and cooperation. In a wolf pack, each member has a role to play, and the alpha wolf leads by example, showing strength, wisdom, and fairness in guiding the pack towards survival. Leadership is not about physical size. It's about qualities like vision, integrity, empathy, and the ability to inspire and guide others toward common goals. Wolves demonstrate this through their alpha leader, who may not be the largest, but possesses the necessary qualities to lead the pack effectively. #leadership #alphaleader #leadbyexample #wolves

I hate fluff in business. I’m an extremely mission-focused person and so are our other leaders at Rex. We like and only respect real missionary focus. Most companies have missions that are empty. They are about BS, fluffy corporate crap. The leadership are not truly missionaries. They are snake-oil salesmen, preaching mission but it's all empty. Fluff is toxic to companies, and I don't want any of it in our teams. What is fluff? You know it when you see it. #leadership #realtalk #truth

One of the biggest leadership lessons I've learned over the past few years is relatively simple, but it can have a huge impact. If you want to be a better leader, you have to learn how to ask better questions. And to ask better questions, you need to become a better listener. If you practice this, I guarantee you'll see a difference. #TransformationalLeadership #ServantLeadership #CompanyCulture

In a recent Growth Bites session, I was asked about inspiring examples of Humble Leadership. My mind immediately went to Emilio Moraleda, possibly the best leader I've had. He exemplified humility in leadership, influencing not through authority but through care, understanding, and relentless support for his team. His approach was more about being a part of something greater, alongside every member of the team, than about being in charge. Here, I share that story. Because true leadership is about elevating others. #humbleleadership #growthbites #leadershiplessons

You’ve probably seen your fair share of wolves on TV. But you MAY NOT HAVE NOTICED THIS: In the wild, wolf packs do something interesting. In the front of the pack, where you'd expect to see the Alpha, you actually find the other wolves. They set the pace for the pack. The Alpha Wolf trails at the back, keeping an eye on everyone, and making sure no one is left behind. But they also know that when the snow is tall and the pack needs to find a way through it, the Alpha takes charge. They step up, and step back, just at the right time, because they keep a pulse on the surrounding situation and what's going on in the pack. True leadership is heart-centered and community driven. Leading from the back allows the leader to guide without overshadowing... a true mark of great leadership. When you’re ready to become this leader and break through to the next level of your impact and your team's performance, DM me. #leaders #createmassiveimpact #softapproach #guide #flow #heartcentredleadership #thefutureleader

I am always perplexed when I see DWYSYWD described as a “powerful leadership principle.” Call me naive, but I have always considered this to be general interpersonal decency. Say you’ll do a thing, then do the thing. ✅ Sure, there are some exceptions that require appropriate communication. Considering this from a general perspective; however, isn’t this just the way everyone should conduct themselves? For those who haven’t seen this before, it’s an acronym for Do What You Say You Will Do. #leadership #dwysywd
