10 October | Talent Manager | Christchurch 🍭 They say it takes a village to raise a child. But it takes a damn good Talent Manager to support a top-notch recruitment agency. Especially one handling the chaos of Skilled Civil, Construction, and Manufacturing long term temporary roles, that often go permanent here in Christchurch. (well I'm not there but lets pretend I am) Here’s the deal: We’re (me and them) are after a Talent Manager who can juggle recruiters, (hey I could do this job!) & processes, plus a fair bit of organised chaos, because that's the life of temporary recruitment. It's go, go, go Stop 🛑 Go 🚦 If you aren't getting my civil joke there then you haven't worked in this particular recruitment industry. You’re the type who doesn’t just “do admin”—you make it sing. Fast. Accurate. And absolutely essential. Now, here’s what’ll get you in the door: 🚦 Agency smarts: You've been in the trenches before. You know your temps from your perms, and nothing about recruitment phases you. 🚧 Values-first: Integrity’s more than a buzzword to you. You walk the talk, even if you’re rolling your eyes at the latest office drama. But I can assure you there's no drama here. 💙 👷♀️ Sense of humour: Because if you can’t laugh at recruitment life, well, it’s going to be a long day. 🏗 Resilience (aka grit): You’ll be keeping our recruiters in line, so a thick skin and a bit of sass don’t hurt. 👏 Admin superpowers: Your admin skills are fast, flawless, and the stuff of legend.
