EFFECTS OF TELEPHONE CUTTING According to a Japanese study, 42% of people feel especially stressed if they can't reach for their phone every 5-10 minutes. At least they admit it. According to the others, they do not have such a problem. The problem is when, as a parent, you say something to the child, but you do something completely different. Or when you already look at it in the cinema, you may be less able to concentrate on the other person in real life, because there is not as much stimulus as when you are pressing the phone. At least these are the findings of the survey. If we know a little about ourselves based on this, it is worth installing a screen time measuring app and checking how much time it shows every week. Many people "woke up" from this and hung up the phone, reducing the time spent on the phone by, say, 50%.
