We wrapped up Earth Month with a sold-out customization workshop hosted by FABSCRAP at Reclectic, URBN’s latest endeavor to find more eco-conscious solutions for products that can’t be sold at retail. Attendees tapped into their creativity, thrifted accessories, and fabric waste to give new life to garments. 100% of ticket proceeds and 5% of Reclectic's day-of sales, totaling over $7,000, were donated to Fabscrap!

Happy Juneteenth! Every year, the URBNBlack Employee Resource Group (ERG) recognizes Juneteenth with educational content for our URBN community. Evolving this approach for 2024, URBNBlack and their corporate counterparts are working together to develop educational and service activities with URBN nonprofit partner ACHIEVEability, an organization that has an incredible impact on Black and Brown communities in West Philadelphia. We'd like to applaud the members of our URBNBlack ERG for making this moment a catalyst for change in our beloved hometown. Watch this space for more. Congratulations to the Anthropologie team on their first adaptive collection, offering fashion and function for every body.
Excited to partner with Marie Claire to share the news that we’ve officially ‘entered the adaptive fashion chat.’ Our collection of best-selling styles with adaptive features offers innovative design attributes such as ease of use, adjustability, and superior comfort for universal wear. This assortment would not have been possible without the collaborative efforts of the URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) Adapt ERG and the invaluable contributions of individuals such as Lucy Jones, Allison Lang, Maya Moore, April Lockhart, and Bri Scalesse. Thanks again to Marie Claire and Halie LeSavage for the thoughtful storytelling! Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gqWNkTHD
