#yutong #sustainabilty #bev #coach #elektrobus #busworld #niederlande #gebotours #bus2bus #nachhaltigkeit #busreise #bdo #vda #vdv #statistik #zulassung #reisebus After ten years, Yutong has arrived in Western Europe: in 2013, the brand from the Middle Kingdom launched with 23 new registrations in France. In 2019, the British had taken the Chinese buses to their hearts, as the 500th Yutong was newly registered in Great Britain. Ten years later, there are almost 1,000 vehicles on the island. Yutong is not only a fixture in Great Britain, but in addition to conventional drives, it now delivers something really exciting: from the BEV double-decker to the BEV midi to the BEV coach, there is everything the customer wants for locally emission-free driving in 2024. Up to and including 2023, over 2,500 Yutong buses have found their way to Europe, most of them in Great Britain, France, Denmark, Finland and Norway. At Busworld 2023, which took place in Brussels from October 7 to 12, 2023, Yutong presented the T15E, a 15m long BEV coach. The design language developed specifically for the European market meets the tastes of the West, and the equipment and the price-performance ratio are also very popular. The Dutch, known to be born merchants with an extremely long and successful tradition, have now discovered Yutong's BEV coach for themselves.

#Yutong #Qbuzz #VanHool #Busworld #eMobility #Elektromobilität #Bus2Bus #ÖPNV #Intercity #Netherland #Sustainability #VDA #BDO #VDV #NZH #NorthZuidHolland After Van Hool went bankrupt, the bus division was taken over by the VDL Group. The Belgians’ electric buses did not survive the bankruptcy, and customers who had ordered vehicles from the new A series have to look for a new manufacturer. This is also the case with Qbuzz, the Dutch company was one of the first customers to order the 15m variant of the new electric bus generation from Van Hool. In order to be able to serve the concession won in Zuid-Holland on time, the Dutch transport company under the umbrella of the Italian Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane has now awarded the contract to Yutong. Yutong has been a fixture in Italy for three years, and in Northern Europe the Chinese have so far been particularly successful in Great Britain and Scandinavia. Since 2022 at the latest, Yutong has been the focus of bus operators in Europe, as the Chinese brand has taken first place in the electric bus market in Europe in terms of new registrations >8t, as Chatrou CME Solutions determined as part of the market observation and analysis of alternative drives. https://lnkd.in/e6vDZR38

#BEVBus #Statistic #Q1Q2Q32024 #Quartals #Elektrobus #eBus #Elektromobilität #eMobility #facts #figures #Deutschland #Europa #EU #Neuzulassungen #newenergybus #Nachhaltigkeit #Sustainability #Busworld #Bus2Bus #Traton #Volkswagen #MAN #DaimlerTruck #DaimlerBuses #MercedesBenz #IvecoGroup #IvecoBus #Germany #France #Italy #ACEA #VDA #VDV #BDO #BMDV #Bundesregierung #Goverment According to the Association des Constructeurs Européens d'Automobiles (ACEA), new registrations of electric buses in the EU rose by 28.7% in the period from January to September 2024, with the market share increasing from 14.3% to 15.9%. A stable increase compared to the same period last year. The e-bus boom continues! Total bus sales across all drive types rose to 27,400 units compared to the first three quarters of 2023. The ACEA has also calculated growth for all major markets, with two countries standing out in particular: There is an increase of +21.8% for Spain, closely followed by Italy with an increase of +21%. And Germany? Here, too, there is some interesting news that does not contradict the German government's decision to end subsidies for electric buses: The ACEA has declared Germany to be the largest market in terms of volume and calculated growth of 11.4%. In figures: 578 new electric buses were put on the road in the first three quarters of 2024. These are still the promised subsidies from the German government, which will be paid out and then reflected in the vehicle statistics for new registrations. However, there will be changes in the short term, as the first transport operators have reconsidered their new orders and cancelled or reduced the number of electric buses following the end of financial support from the German government. https://lnkd.in/eSf9qmax
