A Tale of Two Timelines Another 3 level walk up development is taking shape down in Gisborne, and it's truly impressive to see how quickly things are now moving. 10 months after breaking ground and the team will be handing over the keys. It's a stark contrast to the 18-month journey we had to endure navigating the Resource Management Act for this project. The process felt like a never-ending black hole of opinion based reasoning, consuming valuable time and resources. 🕳️😅 As I reflect on the experience, it's hard not to wonder: What could we have achieved if the process had been more streamlined and efficient? Imagine the possibilities if we could channel that extra time and energy into creating even more innovative and sustainable developments for a region that so desperately needs new housing. As an industry we need to keep pushing for a better, more efficient system that supports progress and growth, while still ensuring responsible development. After all, we're not just building homes, we're shaping the future of our communities.

Avolta’s 9M delivers +6.6% growth, marking the 7th consecutive growth quarter and confirming its Destination 2027 targets. Avolta announces 4% of its share capital will be cancelled in 2024 in line with its reinforced shareholder focused capital allocation policy. In China, only what reaches the customer is produced, reducing overproduction and lowering costs.
