🔍 We're hiring - but please no agencies.... Let’s talk turkey. 🦃 I’m fed up, and I bet you are too. The whole “I can’t accept help from a recruiter” spiel? It’s past its expiration date. Now, I get it – you’re juggling flaming swords while riding a unicycle. Small and medium-sized orgs? They’re like tightrope walkers without a net. And guess what? They’re expected to wrangle the recruiting circus solo. But hold your horses! Last week, a CEO spilled their secret sauce: “Just have the managers tap their networks.” 🤯 Newsflash: That’s like fishing in a puddle when the ocean’s right there. You’ll end up with a team of clones, all nodding in unison. Diversity? Nah, we don’t need that spice. Another contact of mine, who wears many hats in a Start-Up (recruitment being one of them) posted an advert and had the privilege of going through 360 applications.......3 were relevant, none after speaking / qualifying them. That was not a waste of her time!?! Why do we treat hiring like a game of musical chairs anyone can play? 🎶 So, dear hiring wizards, here’s the deal: You’re not stuck with this status quo. Raise your voice! If you want a sidekick – someone who can summon unicorns – shout it from the rooftops. Let’s break the cycle, one hire at a time. 🌟 — Your Friendly Neighborhood Recruiter 🕊️

Things we do *NOT* miss about working in an office 💭 ⛔️ Sitting in crazy traffic each day ⛔️ When someone brings fish for lunch and puts in the communal microwave ⛔️ Spending our full salary going out for lunch (we can’t resist if it's suggested 🤪) ⛔️ Working next to someone who doesn't realise how loud they talk ⛔️ Listening to someones terrible office music choice ⛔️ The person who distracts you every 30 seconds so you get nothing done No more of any of this when you find a role through us, with all of our roles working 100% from home 🏡 If you want to learn what our marketing opportunities in South Africa, drop us a DM and one of the team will get back to you asap :) Any other comments to add?
