We had the incredible opportunity to host Kathryn Millington-Garza, Senior Cloud Program Manager at Google, for a speaker event. It was a warm and intimate conversation... Occasionally we get reminded of what we should already know. I was recently reminded of a simple way to evaluate things without letting emotions cloud my judgment. Whether it's a deal, a sale, a purchase, feedback from a manager or staff member, or needing to make a decision. As these three questions: 1. Is it Fact (do you have unbiased confirmed information on hand) 2. Is it Fiction (has this been made up, how much of a story is it?) 3. or Is it Opinion (is this just how I, or someone else feels about it) These three questions can have a huge impact on many situations where we might feel stuck in emotions or need to make a decision.
