Unite Social Welfare Council’s Post

Hierarchical Structure : Indian Army : Captain In the Indian Army, the hierarchical structure is meticulously organized, with each rank carrying specific duties and responsibilities. At the center of this structure, a Captain holds a pivotal role, typically commanding a company-sized unit of around 100–150 soldiers. Captains are positioned above Lieutenants and act as the primary link between junior officers and senior ranks, such as Majors. They are responsible for executing tactical orders, training soldiers, and ensuring discipline and welfare within their units. Captains must also work closely with other units to fulfill mission objectives, making their leadership essential to the success of ground operations. #uswc #indianarmy #armyranks #captain #leadership #militaryhierarchy
