Monday Mindfulness It has been proven that people who meditate daily sleep better and have a sense of calmness in their mind and in their body. This allowa one to live life in a mindiful way and enjoy each moment and live it to the full. To enhance ones mindfulness one should practice daily meditation. Here are the simple steps: 1. Set an inrention to meditate and relax and be calm and still. 2. Do not hold to any thoughts, rather breath and focus on letting go. Think carefully before you speak. 3. Dance with the breath in your mind and try and have a sense of playfulness about you. 4. To practice this in the morning, afternoon and evening will bring the desired affect.
