...for making it another UX Camp Brighton to remember!
Thanks so much for the opportunity. It was thoroughly enjoyable! Great to see familiar and new faces, and be part of such a friendly & interesting event. Til next year!
Here's what's left for me from Alive 24! 📚🌱 I have a lot to carry with me on the road ahead! 🎒
For the past two days, I was at ✨UX Alive✨, the region's largest Product and Design conference organized by Userspots | brick institute. It was a marathon full of valuable speakers and enjoyable workshops. 🙌
Crossing paths with the leading people in the industry, whose names, stories and contributions to UX I often hear, was a great experience. 🔥 I don't want to tag all the speakers one by one, I don't want to drop notifications to all of them, BUT 💌 the ones I managed to connect with, if you are reading this message, thank you so much for everything. 💐 You opened new portals in my mind, and these portals were much more than UX!
I can't share photos from the presentations, honestly I forgot to take them every time. ❤️🩹 But all of the teachings will always be with me, every time I come across you, every time I apply what I learned from you, I will definitely mention your name. 🙏
In addition, I had the opportunity to come together with a community that I feel I belong to. 🫂 Those I look up to, those who have walked this path long before me, those who have experienced the same challenges as me, I am very happy to know each and every one of you, I feel very lucky to share the same community with you.

🚀 Weekend Hackathon: Redesigning Product Hunt’s 'About the launch' section 🎨
As part of a UXHack weekend challenge, I reimagined the 'About the launch' section on Product Hunt's mobile site to improve usability, readability, and engagement.
👀 Key Issues in the Original Design:
1️⃣ Cluttered layout, making key details hard to focus on.
2️⃣ Weak hierarchy, with CTAs and metrics lacking prominence.
3️⃣ Visual distractions, reducing engagement.
✨ Highlights of My Redesign:
✅ Clean layout with better spacing and structure.
✅ Clear hierarchy, prioritizing CTAs and key metrics.
✅ Simplified design for a smoother user experience.
Feedback is welcome—how else can this be improved? 🤔

In today’s episode of Dark UX Patterns, we have…
Zepto
Here’s what happens when the team is desperate to hit KPIs
What used to be an automatic process — unlocking free delivery once you meet the minimum order value is now...
One extra, sneaky click!
A click that can easily be missed.
I was just about to order my morning groceries when I noticed this subtle change.
Charging platform/convenience fee?
No issue. That’s fair.
But using these subtle tactics to get those extra bucks?
It just leaves a bad taste!

We have just published our latest interview in a new series look at UX Research Program innovations. For this first interview I am in debt to Amanda Gelb for giving up her valuable time to talk to me about the work she did at Lyft, setting up a rapid research program.
You can watch the full interview using the link below and it is also live on our YouTube channel.

APPRICIATION POST ✍
Coming to an end of something is really not my thing i guess, but yes as we all know the journey keeps on going , i am really glad that i decided to be a part of this amazing and specially designed cohort by Metvy.
For the people who are losing some sort of direction or struggling with networking, they have made it so much easier to just absorb and adapt the skills without a worry to fail, their cooperation and guidance throughout the sessions are really appreciable and moving ahead in my UI/UX journey i feel much confident now, and i look forward to learn more,
talking about the tasks i must say it helped me a lot from the very basics steps of preliminary researches , to main user researches and moving forward in the ideation and designing process was a lot of fun and learnt about new challenges and solutions in every step and at last i finalized the basic prototype and case study of my design.
i m so glad to learn and do it all on my own in just a month because few months ago i was struggling to know what to do first and how but all thanks to the mentors and the team of Metvy,
special thanks to the management team for helping me throughout the journey of my learning and understanding all my concerns, despite of my bad health conditions in between the tasks they really cooperated with me what else i would have asked for, and to Rajan Luthra , Vipul Ghai, Raunak Ghosal (Roni),Shwet Mishra for such insightful and interactive sessions you guys made it so much interesting that i really hoped the sessions to never end,
Looking forward to learning and growing my skills more and more,
Here is the link for the final task (Case study) , welcoming feedbacks if any.

Making a great UX means getting past our own biases 🤷♀️
We just finished our first round of testing this week, and the feedback was eye-opening. Now, we're still figuring out a few things about the app:
🤔 How do we explain tricky stuff without boring users with long reads or too many screens?
🙄 How do we help users decide what's important without telling them what to do?
🙃 How do we ensure clarity in language across diverse audiences?
This process has been incredibly enriching, and we're optimistic that we're taking the first strides towards crafting a more intuitive UX that empowers individuals to reach their career aspirations!
