I help people & organisations hack their way into productivity & build power cultures. I Productivity & Culture | Sales & Service Trainer | Business & Personal Coach | NLP & Timeline Practitioner

I had a ball of a time working with this team of leaders in the capital 2 weeks back - who are working towards a purpose which is bigger than everyone. collectively. Leaders As Multipliers - as we named it was an experience which was unparalleled to any other leadership programs I have done. While returning to #Karachi, I was only thinking that they made me let go of the program flow that I had initially thought of and the workshop took a different tangent altogether with the the amount of queries, questions and interest there was during the program! Throwback: Our team had the privilege of learning from the brilliant Uzair Ausaf, CHRP, CPT, Founder of Cube Consulting, in a session on "Leaders as Multipliers." Uzair kept us on our toes with fun, interactive group activities that pushed us to think critically and work collaboratively. From exploring different leadership styles to dissecting organizational cultures, we gained fresh perspectives on how leadership can truly multiply the potential of a team. Each activity helped us see how the right kind of leadership can turn challenges into opportunities, and individuals into empowered teams. We're excited to take these insights forward as we continue to grow together as a team. Thank You Uzair for conducting this amazing session and our team for showing up! Sarah O.
