I am proud to announce that one year ago I interned at one of the greatest companies in the Egyptian real estate market - Dorra Real Estate Developments in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department. I had the opportunity to work alongside a talented team, gain practical insights into the real estate industry, and develop essential skills that will shape my future career. I gained hands-on experience in various CRM functions, including: 📊 Customer Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining customer data within the CRM system (ORICAL system), involving data entry, cleansing, and analysis. ✉️ Supporting the execution of customer engagement initiatives like email campaigns, surveys, and feedback collection. 📈 Generating CRM reports, analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights, and creating dashboards/presentations with recommendations. 💡 I was encouraged to contribute to the development and implementation of CRM strategies and propose CRM strategies. Additionally, I had the opportunity to learn about the CRM software and tools used by the team, improve my communication and collaboration skills, and develop analytical thinking abilities in the context of customer relationship management.
