Motivating the team members, and encouraging them to participate in different employee engagement activities. Work prioritization and allocation based on business requirements. Developing, motivating, encouraging employees, and resolving people-related issues of the other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Team performance review on a weekly and monthly basis #Execution #Implementation: 1)Ensure zero major NC in all Audits pertaining to HR.
