This combination of a professional vacuum cleaner and a cyclonic sperator solves many of the problems of any vacuuming. Why? Quite simply. Around 90% of the vacuumed material (depending on the material) remains in the separator, which keeps the filter of the primary vacuum cleaner clean for a long time, thus ensuring a constant suction power. Also, the vacuum cleaner's collector remains empty for a long time. This combination is extremely welcome in all vacuuming tasks in the field of construction, especially when sanding walls to prepare for plastering, drilling, gouging, when vacuuming abrasive, potentially dangerous and heavy materials. Highly recommended for all types of trades and industries. https://lnkd.in/d2AJGtw8

Cleaning the pile base is one of the crucial steps in the boring process. Have you ever wondered how pile base cleaning is performed? Typically, most of the mud and soil is removed from the borehole base using a cleaning bucket attached to the Kelly bar of the boring rig. However, some debris may remain inside the borehole. To address this, polymer slurry is poured into the borehole. The fresh polymer is pumped in via the mud pump, replacing the existing polymer, while the drilling slag flows out with the displaced polymer. ***The cleanliness of the borehole bottom is determined by dipping a measuring tape into the borehole.

BAUER Equipment Australia Introducing the Double Rotary Process: a game-changing method for deep retaining walls, offering speed and efficiency in a single pass. Revolutionize the projects with clean piles for secant and contiguous walls, alongside seamless reinforcement cage installation. #pilingtechnology #construction #innovation #civilengineering #infrastructure #constructionindustry #constructionequipment #engineering #soil #foundation #efficiency
What is a Double Rotary Process for deep retaining walls. One rig does it all. This is a counterrotating cased piling single pass method for soil/clay ground. It is very fast and efficient in the right conditions. It produces very clean piles for secant and contiguous piles for basements. Plus the rig can install the reinforcement cages. Check it out. Interesting they don't use the spoil transport chutes, but it does show well how the discharge and reaming system conveys the spoil off to the side. Nice job and nice video Hub Foundation Co., Inc. and Equipment Corporation of America for the original post, 👍. It’s in the name, and it’s in the nature... Our dustless drill leaves no dust behind, even when drilling into concrete! The cleverly designed drill bit comes with two holes in the tip, which allow you to drill and extract dust simultaneously (due to the possibility of fastening a vacuum cleaner). 👆 This not only means you can quickly remove dust, thus increasing your drilling speed, but it also means you don’t need to clean the drilled hole before fastening, which massively reduces assembly time! How to use the rotary drilling rig to excavate the square type anti-skid pile? The steps for excavating square anti-slide piles using rotary drilling machines mainly include the following: Firstly, prepare the construction site by clearing the area to ensure safe and convenient equipment operation. Check the pile position coordinates according to the construction drawings, use a total station to accurately set out the pile positions, and mark the four corners. Next, use the rotary drilling machine to drill out the soil in the middle of the square pile hole, and then use specially made corner and edge bits to trim the four corners and sides of the square pile until the designed hole depth is reached. The cutting speed should be stable and uniform to ensure the quality of the formed hole. During the hole-forming process, attention should be paid to the stability of the hole wall to avoid collapse. After hole-forming, perform hole cleaning and measure the depth. Then, place the steel cage and tremie, conduct a second hole cleaning, and finally pour underwater concrete to form the anti-slide pile. #Excavation #HeavyMachinery #ConstructionEquipment #MiningTech #RotaryExcavation #FoundationWork #IndustrialMachinery #SquareExcavation #ConstructionSolutions #EngineeringInnovation

Pile alignment control Maintaining correct pile’s verticality or inclination during installation is a key factor for construction survey. When piles move out of alignment tolerance, it is often due to control issues with hammer-pile alignment or to soil conditions. If due to poor hammer-pile alignment control, a pile gate, template, or fixed lead system may improve the ability to maintain alignment tolerance. Soil conditions, such as near-surface obstructions or steeply sloping bedrock having minimal overburden material, can also disrupt alignment. The pile’s position can change after each hammer hit or during drilling, therefore constant position change monitoring is needed. Modern practices, used mostly for piles driven on waterbodies, involve use of several instruments, such as total stations and inclinometers. #piling #surveying #marineconstruction

Self-drilling rock bolts combine drilling and installation in one step, providing immediate structural support and faster installation times, especially in challenging ground conditions. They feature a hollow rod with a sacrificial drill bit, making them effective for stabilizing rock formations in tunnel construction. #tunnelconstruction #mining #miningindustry #safety #construction #civilengineering #rock #bolt #geotechnicalengineering #innovation #safetyfirst #soil
Self-drilling rock bolts are a type of reinforcement used in tunnel construction to stabilise rock formations. Unlike traditional rock bolts, which require separate drilling and installation steps, self-drilling bolts combine these processes, featuring a hollow rod with a sacrificial drill bit at the end. This design allows them to be drilled directly into the rock, where they are then grouted in place, providing immediate structural support. The advantages of self-drilling rock bolts include faster installation times and improved safety. Additionally, they are particularly effective in challenging ground conditions, such as loose or fractured rock, where maintaining hole during installation is is suita difficult. Curious about our work? During the well drilling process, we meticulously examine the ground material! Our team collects and sifts samples to assess particle size, ensuring uniformity in particle sizing. This helps us understand the soil’s permeability and how quickly water can flow through. We also inspect the moisture content to identify water-bearing layers and visually check for colour, cleanliness, and texture to understand the type of material, such as clay, sand, or gravel. 💦These essential steps ensure we drill in the optimal location to access water efficiently and sustainably. https://lnkd.in/dEdu236

Dredging is the process of using floating machinery to excavate a placer deposit underwater. Depending on how material is transported, dredging techniques can be either mechanical or hydraulic. In pure hydraulic dredging systems, the digging and lifting force is either pure suction, suction with hydrojet assistance, or completely hydrojet. They are most suited for mining modest amounts of loose material, such as sand and gravel, marine shell deposits, mill tailings, and unconsolidated overburden. Another mechanical technique, the clamshell dredge, is distinguished by a sizable single bucket that runs at the end of cables. Its downside is that, while it can handle huge particles and trash well and function in deeper water than other systems, it is a discontinuous, batch-type device that takes about one bite every minute. The most adaptable technique for dredging in various situations is still the bucket-ladder, sometimes known as the bucket-line, dredge, which has been the standard placer-mining instrument. It is made up of a single hull that holds up waste disposal systems, beneficiation circuits, and a digging and lifting mechanism. #mine_mint #sme_bit_sindri_students_chapter #mining_engineering_department #BIT_SINDRI
