In the context of global fragmentation, increase of regulations used as legal “weapons” or reinforcement of political alliances around common values, will we see the rise of Chief #Regulatory Officer as suggested by Ethisphere ? Interesting article published on the importance of such role, at the core of #risk identification, policy #influence and business #adaptation to face more and more obligations to comply with. Such role seems to be needed, and complementary of #CLO and #CCO roles. Nevertheless, I wonder how we can continue to address ethical company #purpose within this structural approach, meaning how we can continue to give importance to which behaviors we want to endorse or not, with hands on approach of #Integrity.
