Thinking of starting an online service? 🌐 Wait a sec! 🛑 Before making a big website and funnel that might waste your time ⏳ and effort 😓 for a service nobody wants, try something smarter and simpler. 🧠✨ Make an easy landing page 🖥️ for a service that's not yet real. Add a buy button. 🔘 When people click it, tell them the service is coming soon. 🚀 Plus, give them a big discount for waiting. 🎉 This is called a "smoke test" because it looks real but isn't yet. 💨🔍 This way, you can see if people really want your service before making it all. 📈 If not many are interested, you've only lost a few days, not months. 🙌 Always test the market first! 🧪📊 Don't forget this important step. 🗝️ #OnlineBusiness #EntrepreneurTips #MarketTest #smallbusinessowner #smallbizstuff #smallbizlife #startupgrowth

The Struggles of Starting a Start-Up. A Journey of Resilience and Learning. When I first decided to launch my first business Stay In Your Lane Vintage and later my second E-Commerce brand ShowGirl London, I had a vision; to create something meaningful, sustainable and unique. What I didn’t fully understand, with the first venture, was the sheer magnitude of challenges that come with turning that dream into a reality. Running a small business is more than just sourcing products and launching a website. It's countless late nights, wearing multiple hats and endless problem-solving. Here are some of the biggest hurdles I faced: ⭐ Cash Flow Crunch With limited resources, balancing between stock, marketing and operational costs becomes a tightrope walk. You learn quickly that every penny counts. ⭐Finding the Right Audience It’s one thing to build a brand, but reaching the right customers online feels like searching for a needle in a haystack. SEO, social media algorithms and paid ads are a maze of trial and error. Homing in that skill is vital to the success of a start-up. ⭐Time Management Running the show solo means you're doing everything-customer service, product photography, accounting, marketing and beyond. Burnout is real when you’re working 80-hour weeks. ⭐Building Trust As a new brand, earning customer trust takes time. In the fast-paced world of e-commerce, where larger competitors dominate, it’s tough to stand out and convince people to choose your small business. ⭐But here’s the thing every challenge has been a lesson. It’s taught me persistence, flexibility and the importance of resilience. To anyone else walking this path - You’re not alone. The struggle is real, but so are the rewards. Celebrate the small wins, keep adapting and never lose sight of why you started in the first place. 🚀 #Ecommerce #SmallBusiness #EntrepreneurLife #StartupStruggles #Resilience #BusinessGrowth #EntrepreneurJourney

You don't need a full website for your product, Just learn CRO and make a landing page. Websites take time and 9 times out of 10 aren't necessary for results. > Cut to the point and can generate an awful lot of business when done right > Landing pages are far easier to A/B split test to maximize results > Take a fraction of the time to create Depending on the nature of your business of course some require full 10+ page websites. But if you’re an entrepreneur or part of a startup, stick to the landing page. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ P.S. Do you have a big website or a landing page? I post daily on LinkedIn 💎 Will you follow to see more? #webdevelopment #marketing #sales

It's very easy to earn money: 1. Find a problem, start a SaaS. 2. Start dropshipping – run ads and sell stuff. 3. Start an agency, do cold outreach – get 10 high-paying clients and generate $20K monthly. 4. Start trading. 5. Start uploading videos on insta There are 100 other ways to "easily" earn money. But after running an agency for 4 years and failing in 3 startups, I realized there’s no such thing as easy money. Everything you do has thousands of moving parts. In an agency, it’s about outreach, service quality, and salesmanship. Only consistency matters. That's when what you do will make you millions.

Starting a Business with an MVP That Costs Almost Nothing Starting a business doesn’t have to mean a huge budget or complex plans. In fact, some of the best businesses start with just the essentials—an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that requires minimal investment and allows you to test, learn, and grow. Here’s how to get started without breaking the bank: 1. Identify the Core Problem to Solve Start by asking: What problem are you solving, and who needs it most? Your MVP should be focused on delivering a solution that addresses a real pain point, even if it’s a simplified version of your full vision. 2. Leverage Free or Low-Cost Tools Use free platforms and software to build and test your product. From website builders like WordPress or Wix to communication tools like Slack and social media, there are numerous low-cost options to get started without an upfront investment. 3. Offer Services or Experiences Instead of Physical Products Services often have fewer upfront costs compared to products. Focus on offering knowledge, consulting, or virtual experiences that showcase your expertise and create value for customers. This allows you to start earning before investing in inventory or production. 4. Test Your Idea with a Small Audience Don’t wait for perfection. Get feedback early by testing with a small group of people who fit your target audience. They’ll provide valuable insights and help you refine your offering—without a full launch or marketing spend. 5. Use Social Media as Your Marketing Platform Social media is a powerful, low-cost way to build brand awareness. Start by sharing your journey, insights, and expertise to build credibility. Engage with your audience directly to understand their needs better. 6. Iterate Based on Real Feedback As you gather feedback, make adjustments to improve your MVP. This lean approach lets you evolve your product or service with minimal costs, focusing on what customers truly want. Starting lean forces you to be resourceful and prioritize what truly matters to your customers. Embrace the MVP mindset and focus on delivering value with minimal investment. Sometimes, the simplest start is the strongest foundation! #Entrepreneurship #MVP #StartSmall #LeanStartup #BusinessGrowth #ValueCreation
