As school starts, 📚so does the season for common colds. Here are some practical tips to help keep your kids healthy: 👇 🧼 Teach them to wash their hands with soap and water—especially after using the bathroom, before eating, and when they get home. 🧴 Pack hand sanitizer for those on-the-go moments. 🤧 Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the crook of their elbow. 💤 Prioritize good sleep. 🥦 Encourage healthy, nutritious foods. 🧽 Disinfect frequently-touched surfaces like doorknobs, tabletops, remotes, and toys. 🏠 If they show signs of illness, keep them home for at least 24 hours. These small but impactful habits can help keep your child, their classmates, and teachers healthy this cold and flu season.
