As school starts, 📚so does the season for common colds. Here are some practical tips to help keep your kids healthy: 👇 🧼 Teach them to wash their hands with soap and water—especially after using the bathroom, before eating, and when they get home. 🧴 Pack hand sanitizer for those on-the-go moments. 🤧 Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the crook of their elbow. 💤 Prioritize good sleep. 🥦 Encourage healthy, nutritious foods. 🧽 Disinfect frequently-touched surfaces like doorknobs, tabletops, remotes, and toys. 🏠 If they show signs of illness, keep them home for at least 24 hours.
