Every quarter on behalf of @kyndryl I host an Expert Exchange with #CIOs and technical leaders from around the Canadian marketplace to discuss opportunities and challenges they are facing.    The main theme this quarter was focused on #GenerativeAI adoption and that despite significant AI investments to drive modernization, leaders struggle to see positive #ROI. This sentiment happens to align directly with the findings from our recent @Kyndryl Readiness Report (https://lnkd.in/gpT7ZFHQ), where Kyndryl surveyed 3200 business executives globally on how they see technology helping or hindering their progress. It was a passionate and very engaged conversation. One thing that stood out most for me is that many CIO's are waiting for vendors to provide GenAI capabilities as integrated features, which may come with higher costs but are more likely to come with clear use cases and returns.
