The world today flooded with intelligence (abundance of information) needs such places to develop intellect(reasoning power to handle intelligence correctly) So far I feel reading books and emerging into its content creates a personal world to question our existing mindset, knowledge, and perspectives. As this self created world is free from the judgment of others, we feel free to do a lot of self questions and answer along with the content of the book we read. Once we finish a book our existing knowledge becomes redefined and so improves our reasoning skill. Great initiative by Shantanu Naidu. This initiative restored my faith in the Next generation for creating a better place to live.

The world is changing, but the pace of bringing justice to the voiceless, such as stray animals, remains slow. Recently, Ratan Tata's compassionate policy at Tata properties has garnered attention. The Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai, following Tata's instructions, allows stray dogs to roam freely and be treated with care and respect. This policy extends to other Tata properties like Bombay House, where strays are welcomed and cared for. These actions are inspiring, but this is one organization making a change. Imagine a world where this becomes part of our national policies. Picture a policy where every corporate and residential property has a space for taking care of at least one stray, providing it with a bit of food and water. As taxpayers, can we not initiate this for compassion, ensuring that every life matters just like human life? #CompassionForAll #Straycare #HumaneSociety #EveryLifeMatters #VoicelessNoMore #NationalPolicy #CSRInitiatives #MakeADifference #ConceptualizingCompassion #InnovativeCSR #Conceptualizer #CreativeImpact

How would you feel if, one morning, you had a vision that a person was going to die today in a road accident? And what if you knew it wouldn’t just be one person, but 410 others who would meet the same fate? Would you do something about it? I looked into the statistics, and here’s what I found: 1. 1,50,000 people die in road accidents each year in India—that’s 411 lives lost every day. 2. India has just 1% of the world’s vehicles but accounts for 11% of global road accident fatalities. So, today, 411 people will die in road accidents. Tomorrow, another 411, and the day after, another 411. Knowing this, what will we do? Now we know the future. What are we going to do about it? I find it funny that humans are working on Machine Learning — teaching machines to learn from their past mistakes. Ironic right? Here’s a further breakdown of these 1,50,000 yearly deaths: 1. By Type of Road User - Two-Wheeler Riders: ~38% of total deaths (motorcycles, scooters) - Pedestrians: ~15% - Cyclists: ~2-3% - Car and Jeep Occupants: ~17% - Trucks, Buses, and Other Heavy Vehicles: ~15% - Other/Unspecified Vehicles: ~12% 2. By Cause of Accident - Speeding: ~70% of accidents involve over speeding as a factor - Drunk Driving: ~6-7% - Distracted Driving: ~10% (use of mobile phones, etc.) - Poor Road Infrastructure: Significant contributor but varies regionally - Weather Conditions: ~5% (rain, fog, etc.) 3. By Location - Highways: ~40% (national and state highways) - Urban Areas: ~30% - Rural Roads: ~30% 4. By Time of Day - Nighttime (6 PM to 6 AM): ~40% - Daytime (6 AM to 6 PM): ~60% - Peak Accident Times: Evening rush hours and late-night hours often see higher accident rates due to low visibility and fatigue. 5. By Age Group - 18-35 Years: ~45% (young adults, often two-wheeler riders) - 35-60 Years: ~35% - 60+ Years: ~10% - Under 18: ~5% 6. By Gender - Male: ~85% - Female: ~15% Many of these tragedies could be prevented with simple, targeted measures and greater public awareness. This data is just a start, and I’ll continue exploring solutions in upcoming posts. Let’s keep this conversation going. If you have ideas—big or small—on what might work, please share. Even a simple idea could make a difference and help save lives.
I have lost 5 family members in just 5 days who met with road accident and their life is gone because of someone else mistake. In first incident on Tuesday my brother in law and my two real nephew(my only sister's only 2 sons) who was going for Diwali shopping got hit by fast speed dumper and crushed them all three and ran away. Then surrender himself in some PS. In second incident my cousin brother's ,their son's and my "Tau ji" was coming kanpur from fatehpur by their car. Some Bolero car hit them from the back.Out of 5 ,my both cousin brother's passed away . Question is here who is responsible for all these lives. How these untrained drivers are allowed to drive the car, truck? why there is no formal training for these truck driver's, Bolero driver's ? Everyday someone is dying because of these untrained Drivers but why govt is not taking any steps to trained these untrained Drivers who are running in high speed on the road and they have no idea how to drive except speeding their vehicle? who is responsible for these lives? #upgovernment #nitingadakari #pmo #cmyogiadityanath

#SecondWife There is one “Hotel Second Wife” in Panvel. On way to Karjat, an outskirts of Mumbai. It is an eatery and not what your wild wild fertile minds must be telling you what it is.. Like mine did when I first saw it.🤣 Talking of names, I’ve of late noticed an interesting trend. Small, nondescript businesses increasingly adding “Group” to their name unabashedly while conglomerates straddling countless mammoth businesses are shunning it. Yesterday I saw Rahul Group written atop a housing society. Apparently the builder’s name. Sankalp Group was what I encountered while returning from Nasik the other day. Mercifully enough, no #Reliance Group, #Birla Group, or #Tata Group though. Just guessing if the deterrent could be how Tata Sons in 2011 invoked the Court to fix one Raj Niwas & Ors that was illegally using the Tata name for their company “Tata Packers and Movers”. It is a landmark judgement that seems to have settled the matter once and for all in favour of what are now known as “well-known trademarks”. Just for our understanding, these are effectively brand names that have been in existence in public memory for a very long time (decades). It would be interesting to find out how “well-known trademarks” have at large responded to this judgment. Have they ring-fenced themselves or are still vulnerable? There are scores of them in India. What’s in the name?” Well, a lot as you can see. 🤣🤣 #brandname #trademark #digitalassets #reputation #WithMaliceTowardsNone🙏
