Innovation, inspiration, and a glimpse into the future - Web Summit 2024 had it all! Attending this year’s edition of the #WebSummit, with a record-breaking 71,528 attendees from 153 countries, was an incredible experience. Here’s what stood out: ✔️ AI is taking over (in a good way!): From automating routine tasks to driving social good, AI is reshaping industries. But ethics and transparency? They are non-negotiable. ✔️ The workplace of tomorrow: Middle managers, gig workers, hybrid models—change is everywhere. As TeamViewer’s CEO, Oliver Steil, put it: “The future is remote, efficient, and connected.” Upskilling and reskilling are the ticket to keeping up. ✔️ Data privacy matters more than ever: Evolving threats demand smarter, safer ways to handle data. ✔️ Tech that helps the planet: Sustainability is no longer a ‘nice to have’. Microsoft’s President, Brad Smith reminded us: “We need to build an industrial revolution that is sensitive to the needs of the planet.” Web Summit 2024 highlighted one thing loud and clear: The future waits for no one. Technologies like AI, data-driven insights, and sustainable innovations are not just trends. They are reshaping the way we work and live. But staying ahead of the curve isn’t automatic. Businesses that embrace digital transformation, act on data insights, and adapt to new realities will be the ones unlocking the most opportunities. Ready to take the next step? Let’s explore what is possible together. #ConnectingWithVasco #GripOnData #DigitalTransformation #TogetherWeMakeItSimple
