IT JUST START RANDOMLY, BUT YOU CAN STOP IT IMMEDIATELY ! Here's how 1. Take a deep breath. 2. Set a timer for 5 minutes. 3. Let go of what you can’t control. 4. Write down your thoughts briefly. 5. Challenge one worry with a fact. 6. Get up and move around. 7. Talk it out with a friend. 8. Do something relaxing or fun. Sometimes, we don’t even recognize it, and it builds up like a burden of stress. The whole mind gets stuck on problems that aren’t even worth a response. This constant mental chatter can keep us from focusing on what really matters, trapping us in worries that might not even need a solution. Remember: Recognize when thoughts start to spiral.
