Using the case study of #Oteseconazole (VT-1161), the authors explore the journey from development to scale-up and commercial production. Recently launched as #Vivjoa™ by Mycovia Pharmaceuticals, Oteseconazole is a groundbreaking antifungal treatment for a chronic infection affecting 138 million women worldwide. 📈 Notably, they increased chemical yield from 67% to 86%, while reducing process mass intensity by 55%.
