What’s the next big thing in hospitality? 🧐⚙️ We recently attended a hospitality conference buzzing with excitement, surrounded by industry leaders and innovators. It was thrilling but a bit overwhelming! A-plus for sustainability: The DEKRA Congresshotel Wart has been awarded GreenSign Hotel (Level 5) status and is now part of the elite of the most environmentally-friendly conference hotels. With the implementation of the concepts for environment, energy, and waste disposal, the management and team of the Congresshotel are already well positioned in terms of sustainability. Now it’s time for some fine-tuning. “Sustainability is a process of permanent improvement. It’s also about the day-to-day,” says Jan von Schaper, Head of Business Development Management at the Congresshotel Wart. The spectrum ranges from environmentally-friendly food to a tailor-made buffet, avoiding meat and much more.
