A quick thought experiment as most of you are mercifully younger than my old bones. If the next person you were going to call was going to be a customer for the next 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 years, what would you change in your level of preparation, consideration, standards of excellence, clarity of expectation etc? What questions might you ask that youa ren't today? How would you face the time pressure if your boss said "Get them in this month, do whatever it takes!" Do you show up as the person you would want to buy from?
