"We do not build any physical product, neither any software. So, design strategy is not for us." This is where I found people mistake with the meaning of word 'design' in design strategy. In manufacturing, we design the product in terms of dimensions. In software, we design our product based on customer requirements. Alright! When we discuss about structure and functioning of the business during the course of strategic planning, it is safe to say for a layman that we are talking about design strategy. Basically, we are not 'drawing' as such anything but planning in a fashion that it will structure the way of collaboration among the departments of the business for value generation and how this generated value will be in line with the overall strategy of our business to gain the desired ROI. Simply speaking, design strategy is not about shapes, colors, appearance but making strategic decisions for entire enterprise that impact our offerings as well as customer experience and therefore, is essential for sustained gain in the competitive market. Tourism, food, manufacturing, software, finance, pharma, real estate, logistics, whatever industry you are into, design strategy is for every business. **** I mentor businesses to build value based #strategy through my #consultancy into #strategicmanagement #corporatestrategy #busienssstrategy domains. Tier 3 College Students will become the best Entrepreneurs (I'm saying this despite being an IITian) So I come from a tier 1 college ie. IIT Indore. I havy many friends from tier 1&2 colleges like IIT, NIT, BITS etc. I have employed a lot of people from tier 3 colleges. 👉🏻 In short I have a decent experience of interaction with the crowd of these institutions. Tier 1 & 2 students despite being smart lack the basic core of Entrepreneurship ie. 👇🏻 Patience and acceptance of Failures. They many times try out Startup in college but by the time they come in 4th year, 99% of them opt for placement because they are very lucrative. Moreover they have fancy options to earn good money and live a decent life. This pushes them in the comfort zone many times.❌ 👉🏻 On the other hand tier 3 College students are already in a state where they get everything with struggle. They have more patience and have been more prone to failures in early life (Failure in JEE or other competition exams) They many times without much expectations give their 200% in a startup for a long time. Hence they are ideal for entrepreneurship.✅ We have seen the same in Shark Tank. A lot of founders from tier 3 colleges are doing decent. Moreover with access to this internet, free material and awareness. The wave of entrepreneurship will spread more fast & strong in the tier 3 colleges.❤️ I'm sure many of those startups will grow to become million dollar companies & unicorns. 📌 What is your take on the potential of tier 3 students? #entrepreneurship #startup #college #students

Exciting Learning Experience at JECRC University! As a student at JECRC University, Jaipur, I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend an Entrepreneurship Development Programme workshop led by the inspiring Nidhi Kachhawa, CEO of ALC JKLU. This 2 hour session was an eye-opener, filled with creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving. During the workshop, we engaged in a stimulating activity that simulated a startup idea meeting. We were encouraged to identify problems in our surroundings and brainstorm innovative, profitable solutions. This exercise not only sparked our entrepreneurial spirit but also highlighted the importance of critical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. The key takeaways for me were: - **Identifying Real-World Problems**: Understanding the significance of being observant and empathetic towards issues around us. - **Creative Problem Solving**: Learning how to generate innovative ideas that can be both impactful and profitable. - **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Experiencing the power of working together to refine and develop ideas. A big thank you to JECRC University for organizing such a wonderful workshop and to Nidhi Kachhawa for her insightful guidance. I look forward to applying these lessons in my future endeavors and continuing to explore the exciting world of entrepreneurship! #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #Learning #JECRCUniversity #Startup #ProblemSolving
