It's funny, this time last year I wasn't sure whether Tima should really go for Pre-Sales or not..... it felt like a pretty risky move at the time. In hindsight I'm so pleased that we did, it's such a privilege to be part of a clubs journey from day 0! Not to mention the fact that the clubs we worked with sold nearly 60% more memberships then similar clubs that didn't - I love it when our work is super effective! This is now my pre-sale CV 2013 - Anytime Fitness Twickenham (Club Manager - Pure Sales Person) 2018 - Anytime Fitness Sutton (Area Manager - Involved in Site selection and work prior to sales - as well as performance managing the Pre-Sale) 2020 - Anytime Fitness Feltham (Regional Manager - Involved in Site selection and work prior to sales - as well as performance managing the Pre-Sale) 2022 - Anytime Fitness Borehamwood (Tima Client) 2023 - AF Chiswick + Gerrards Cross (Tima Client 2024 - AF Abbey Wood, Angel, Bermondsey, Brixton, Fort Dunlop, Guildford, Kingston, Paradise Circus, Tottenham Hale, West Hendon 16 so far, with a huge variance of results (every single one has different opportunities and obstacles) - but I do feel safe in saying I've become a bit of a savant when it comes to a prospect management process and driving the highest possible conversion rates.
