My name is Marcus Fitzgerald. I'm the Global quality HS and Training director for said College Services, which is a minerals technologies company. Being part of like a multi company, enterprise organizations, like everybody has their own thing that they're trying to do. Like one of my colleagues is trying to start up like an ergonomics program, another colleague is trying to start an industrial hygiene. Those two things don't really affect me because we don't have a whole lot of control around those environments. My team is always going out to a customer's location and there's only so much influence. We can do there. So our main challenge is kind of to use Indium is everybody on the same bus at the same time going to the same location, right. So we're doing training programs, we're doing incident notification, we're doing our behavior based safety, we're doing all those tools the exact same way to where how Ng services does it and how performance materials does it. Everybody's doing the same thing. And all of our data feeds up to corporate. So we can make more informed decisions to say, hey, based on all the data across one business unit or across an entire region or segment. We know what could potentially harm our employees, what can make us fall out of compliance with our customer, our regulatory agencies and we're able to pivot and make informed decisions. You can tell everybody who works for Velocity absolutely loves working for the organization. Doesn't matter if you've been there for like one week or 20 years. It's like they're very, very passionate about what they do. They understand that they've got a leading edge product that is extremely well received by all the users. You've got long term legacy customers like ourselves that have, you know, we don't even go out forbid anymore, which is because we're so satisfied with the system. And we're able to liaise directly with our account manager and our customer success team to say, hey, this is the challenges we're having, you know, help us solve them. And then they're very responsive.
