What we have found out at Oak Nation Entrepreneurial Foundation over the years is that businesses (or any organization at that) undergoes different phases just like a growing human goes through different phases of development. At several points in time, as an organization, there were times we had to take on new processes, new recruitments and the likes as we identified the onset of a new phase. Harvard Business Review recognizes four phases of a business. It is therefore expedient for business owners to recognize which stage they’re in and also recognize the attendant requirements that each stage comes with; these understandings will determine the longevity and stability of your organization.
