SFU VentureLabs hosted an exciting event as part of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) meeting in Vancouver on Wednesday. The event brought together global leaders, including Mary Ng, Canada’s Minister of Export Promotion, International Trade and Economic Development, Joy Johnson, Simon Fraser University President, delegates from CPTPP countries, and representatives from Global Affairs Canada | Affaires mondiales Canada . The event spotlighted VentureLabs community members with demonstrations from A&K Robotics, DaoAI Robotics Inc., TIMEZYX, ThisFish Inc., INETCO Systems Limited, and Intuitive AI. Additional participating companies included Canadian Advanced Air Mobility (CAAM), Clarius Mobile Health, and VodaSafe Inc. This event supports SFU VentureLabs’ commitment as part of SFU Innovates, and highlights our role in building global partnerships and driving innovation. We continue to be a supporter of collaboration, connecting our companies with international markets, and creating partnerships for groundbreaking technologies.
