Few years back, I have been attending a Group Discussion as a part of a recruitment process. I noticed one girl was actively participating in it. No one couldn’t even come closer to her performance. Fortunately she cleared the process with big applause! After the GD, I went and spoke to her personally to know how she practiced so well to the level she performed. With a ‘big smile’ she replied, it was her third GD with the same employer, since she got rejected twice before for different positions. When we see someone so good at something; we should be able to visualise number of times they got rejected and they failed. When got rejected, majority of people might feel depressed and will take time come out of it! But few will take that rejection as an opportunity to learn. Their ‘Don’t give up’ attitude will take them to another horizons. Anyone who succeeded, might have turned failures as stepping stones towards the success!
