Here are a few key things that I know our clients appreciate: Personalized Attention: I make it a priority to remember customers' names. This personal touch gives them the confidence that the business truly knows and values them. Prompt Responsiveness: Being swift is essential! I pride myself on my quick query resolution rate because I personally dislike waiting in queues and the anxiety it causes. I want customers to feel that their time is valued—responsiveness is key! Expectation Management: I never want to overpromise. From the start, I ensure the customer is fully aware of the process and what they can expect. Clear communication builds trust.
