Hot take: It's not enough for consultancies to simply shout from the rooftops "Leverage AI for profitability in Marketing Automation!" or some variant of that. Make them explain to you: - why you should use it - what you can actually gain from it (hard examples!) - how they would build it and enable you to leverage it. Real talk. Real use cases. Everything else is just buzzwords.
