Growth, a metamorphosis process that at times is enjoyable but also at times enduring, requires that we give our best even with the constraints we experience. Adulting specifically has many challenges that we have to deal with. I have learnt that the biggest challenge is balancing the different competing priorities that arise from who we are and what we do. From being a husband to a father to a #leader in different places, #balancing is key to turning things around on time and with positive outcomes.
