What a year it has been since SciRio has no longer been a one person game. From building the brand solo to building a tribe that is making the company better every day, this past year has been all about growing as a team. I want to express my gratitude for all the early members of the team who stood by me through days of growth and gloom. One who stands out is Monomita Ghosh. Her role at SciRio has been nothing short of experimental, witnessing at least three pivots of the business in the past year. Despite being the youngest team member, Monomita has been the most forthcoming, immersing herself in every aspect of the company without hesitation, always eager to learn and grow. This post serves as an appreciation for Monomita's invaluable contribution to the company's development and an acknowledgment of the entire team's dedication during the formative stages of our venture. Thank you, Monomita, for your unwavering support, quick adaptability to various roles, and responsibilities. I entrusted her with managing our stall to pitch SciRio without any prior prep, and she delivered exceptionally!
