Let’s say you’ve recently started your career in sales. You might be working as a BDR/SDR at a software company. You’re excited about the sales job, but you’re also ambitious. You want to be sure you’re investing time in the right company. If you were to change jobs, I’d wager you want one or all of the following - A clear career path - More earning potential - Great people to learn from I think that, because it's what salespeople told me they were looking for when they joined Kantox. We’d help you develop into an Account Executive within ~12-18 months, like Jan did. Or, if you’re really great at BD and want to take a leadership path, like Thibaud, you could even manage a team at some point. 20% of all people at Kantox got promoted in the last 12 months, so it’s real stuff. On the sales path, you’d enjoy an OTE of 50k as BDR. That OTE doubles and even triples after a few years of building your portfolio as an Account Executive. That’s good money in Barcelona. You’d have a sales coach to help you learn MEDDIC and proper consultative sales, and a mentor as well; someone who’s been here for a while, in your shoes, to help you succeed.
