Definitely embrace AI and it a good idea to start small and build, prevent AI burn out and remember there is a day job to be done. On the school sector front, a presentation last week outlined that if schools don’t engage in AI they risk losing a competitive advantage, and becoming irrelevante and eventually closing the doors.

I agree, embracing AI can definitely help. The key being help, as it's not a replacement, but simply an aid to getting things done. I plan to be increasing my AI usage as we move into 2025
