What a refreshing idea. One of the many challenges of being a survivor is constantly tripping over triggers, reliving the trauma and often feeling stuck in a rut. Shifting the focus on taking care of our health and happiness is the key to thriving, and not merely surviving. Thank you Sheri Kurdakul for sharing this. #NationalDomesticViolenceAwarnessMonth
