Last week, VS&Co was honored to host Dress for Success Columbus at our DC 4 office for their Dine. Drink. Dress 2024 event. The event brought together Central Ohio leaders for an evening of fashion, fun and fundraising while celebrating Dress for Success Columbus' impactful work in empowering women through the theme, "She is Limitless." Members from our WIN IRG joined the festivities as Dress for Success Columbus' community partner, and executive sponsor Melanie Rose-Billhardt gave an inspirational speech. #LifeatVS #Community #SheisLIMITLESS

Last week, VS&Co was honored to receive the 2024 Corporate Citizenship Award by Columbus Business First for our philanthropic contributions to the Central Ohio community. We also received the Vanguard Award for our innovative partnership with Pelotonia in creating the VS Global Fund for Women’s Cancers. Juneteenth invites us to reflect and honor the resilience and contributions of African American and Black communities and to commemorate and honor the significance of this important day. At VS&Co, members of our teams and Inclusion Resource Groups (IRG) share what Juneteenth means to them, taking this time to reflect, rest, and connect with loved ones.

This month, we're spotlighting and supporting vital LGBTQIA+ voices. EVOLVE, our IRG for LGBTQIA+ associates and allies, is recognizing Pride Month and hosting a variety of events and associate engagement opportunities throughout June. We kicked off the month with an engaging panel discussion with models and influencers Olivia Ponton and Emira D’Spain on their lives and journeys, and we raised PRIDE flags in our Columbus and NYC offices to commemorate and celebrate the month. #PRIDE #LifeatVS
