Making tech projects easier by working with teams || Project Manager

Can we talk about diversity in the workplace and also in a project team . Everyone has their uniqueness and strengths Traits and abilities that distinguish them how often do you recognize these in workspace or amongst your team and maximize them for project productivity or to enhance business goals? Everyone with their different perspectives , cultural background, skills and experiences when maximized can be ✅ The spark we seek or ✅ The creation of a great innovation you seek. Micromanaging people or disregarding them is an easy way to shut them down . (speaking from experience )also. *Even the holy bible says in the multitude of counsel , there's safety *. The more varied perspective we have in a team , the more innovation we drive , the more challenges we tackle easily . So next time you despise the marketing guy or the front desk because you think , they don't know so much you should think twice . There perspective could be what the team needs at the time to move forward or achieve Business goals. #diversity #inclusivity #Leadership #innovation #perspective #business #micromanaging #projectteam

Great one here Victoria Nwokorie . This piece draws my attention again to a great and dynamic question i asked during a class i facilated few days ago EDCE 501 Penn State University . I asked "if you would have to select someone in your team, will it be an adapter or innovator?...the feedback from a colleague was that " i will choose an adapter because I am an innovator and we need diversity in every team".
