We’ve all heard that organic is the way to go, but is it truly healthier? Organic food is grown without synthetic pesticides, GMOs or artificial fertilisers, which means fewer chemicals. Nutritionally, there isn’t a massive difference between organic and non-organic foods. Some studies say organic might have a bit more nutrients, but it’s not a huge jump. The real win with organic food is for the environment—supporting soil health, reducing pollution and promoting biodiversity 🌍. However, it can be pricey!
