Should we give 1st Jan off to our team? 👨🏻💻 From a business & tech development perspective, the answer might be No because you want everyone working and delivering on the product! 🙈 However, we remembered the time when we were employees and working for some or the other organisation and 1st Jan was one of the worst days to go to office and work! 🚀 The start of the New Year may not be a National Holiday or a Festival but everyone should start the year comfortably with their loved ones without worrying about any work!
