So Beard have an array of projects from educational to retail. The current project I'm located on is in Bloxham, the primary school. Beard also focus on a lot of challenging projects, whether it be like I say commercial retail, less on the residential other than our property services team. And then the value ranges from I'd say a few ��1000s of work all the way up to ��25 million worth of work. We've been using Field View now for between 8 and 9 years. Initially we started using the platform for a snagging tool. We then started doing things like delapse surveys and we've continually progressed to undertaking all our quality testing inspections day-to-day. Field View is sort of the backbone of how we conduct our site management operations. All of our safety paperwork and our daily paperwork is contained within Field View. So from our daily diaries and where we are able to log how many individuals are on site, what trades they're working for and what type of work is they're doing and get photographic records, deliveries, all that sort of thing. As well as that are safety paperwork is contained on field view. So any permits for hot works or permits to dig and break ground, stuff like that. And then our quality assurance management is all used Field View as well. So all of our daily checks for all of the individual processes we have, whether it's bricklaying or dry lining or electrical installation. Anything like that. We have forms in place to be able to go out and snag and manage the quality of those works. As a site manager, Field View comes in extremely handy. We record everything, what's going on site on that day, during different elements of work. For example, going on behind, we have brickwork, we have a test inspection form. It captures different sections of the works. We record this, open it up. This can be shared with our subcontractor who can take the QR code, either access it on a tablet, laptop or mobile device. They will also record pictures and once they've synced their device and I've synced mine, it can all work together so I can access their photos and they can access mine you again, it's stored all the information digitally. And then it can be instantly available to everybody. And it, it is obviously time saving, cost saving and it is environment saving as well because you don't need to print the papers or anything like that. I think it's handy when you're working with companies such as Beard that you, you integrate with their systems as well. And we're hoping that Field View will be something we can look into. At the moment we use it solely on the Beard projects, but we are finding it really handy in a way that we can add stuff to it as well. That you've got that permanent record, you've got all the drawings on hand and you've got, you get prompts for the form and things that you need to fill in. So I think it is something that's working really well for our lads on site but the integrations there so that everybody can use it. What this has enabled us to do is take pictures of what we've put in but also take a picture of a test result to see that, right on a certain day, we've tested this cable it was clear. So, it gives us a bit of backup and protection against other people coming in behind us and damaging what we've already done. You've got everything in one place you know and not only can it be seen on site, you can see it in the office. So you know the lads on site can go and do what you're asking him to do. You can audit the work that's already gone and you've got some sort of proof at that works already got in, but you can also keep track of it in the office. It's a good way of being able to see how far the job progress as well. From our point of view, having Field View and getting the last record everything means that I only need to come once a week. I don't need to come out twice a week. So I am saving half a day on this project of my time. So as a as a main contractor, we can create those forms, give the lists of items that we want them to check against. And, but, they can't delete any records that we don't wanna delete or can't access anything that we don't want them to access. So we can control who sees what and when. And it also allows us to streamline it. They don't have to go searching through hundreds of documents. They only see the items that we allocate to them. And so having that layer of control with Field View allows you to really control how the program moves, how the works move. And that saves us a lot of time because you're not going back and fixing mistakes. Field View becomes even more important on the bigger projects, I think. When you have so many moving parts, you have so many different subcontractors and so to be all singing off the same hymn sheet and using the same software as really important using Field View, we're able to now give them a floor plan, give them a screenshot, give them photographs, give them a description and they can utilise what with that really seamlessly. So lots of money savings and time savings with with Field View in general. There's so much more to Field View where I only sort of touching the tip of the iceberg with it. Ideally, our main aim now for the years coming forward is to get our supply chain on boarded with Field View. So internally within Beard our staff are using it, you know, daily recording all information on one platform. So the next step for us is to get our supply chain on this same process and path as ourselves. Log information gets tasks have been issued to them, but more importantly, engaging in our test and inspection forms. Their evidence against these and basically play a part of that journey with us.
