Everyone thought that he was a great Coach and he could win Matches for any team as a Coach. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) immediately made him the Coach of the Indian Cricket Team. Everyone expected big fireworks and Lots of Wins. But what we are seeing is completely different. This is the worst phase for the Indian Cricket Team. Reason: 1. Gambhir took up a job which is not easy. 2. Coaching a Francise team and a National team is completely different. 3. Players have their own Mindset and they are not ready to embrace Gambhir's Coaching style. 4. Gambhir is unable to make big changes because of the Player's reputation in the Indian Team. 5. Gambhir spoke too much too soon. 6. There is a lack of Harmony between the Players and the Coach. Moral: Don't take up a Job which you are not prepared for. Don't start running in your career. Take baby steps and then Take a Leap.
