𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐩𝐬 🚀 Ever been in a room buzzing with big ideas but unclear on how to execute them? Turning strategy into action is the essence of product management. Here’s my take: 1️⃣ 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Keep it simple, but powerful. Everyone on the team should get it in a heartbeat. 2️⃣ 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐥𝐲: Not every feature makes the cut. Focus on what moves the needle. 3️⃣ 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬: Break down the journey so the team feels progress. 4️⃣ 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬: Teams closer to the work often make the best calls. 5️⃣ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞. Keep everyone aligned and accountable. Great roadmaps aren’t static—they’re dynamic guides that flex with feedback and growth. Here’s to moving ideas from concept to completion! 🔥 #Product #ProductManager #ProductManagement #Strategy #Execution
