Attracting career opportunities instead of searching for them can completely change your career. Often, I talk with professionals who think they deserve awesome opportunities. But then I take a look at their personal brand… And they look just like everyone else! There are recruiters who are sourcing, or searching for, job candidates on LinkedIn. And because they’re using the LinkedIn platform, that means that they’re going to see who LinkedIn shows them. And you know who appears LAST in LinkedIn search? The WORST LinkedIn profiles. Follow this LinkedIn Profile checklist and double each section so you can increase your visibility: ↳ Banner ↳ Adding Skills ↳ Profile picture ↳ Unique Headline ↳ Everything is up-to-date ↳ Have a Featured Section ↳ About section that has story ↳ Get & Add Recommendations to your Profile ↳ At least a few sentences under each job/position ↳ Be Active by Posting, Interacting, Commenting, and Responding to Messages That may seem like a lot… But imagine getting messages from people who want to offer you amazing opportunities: Higher salary Great Benefits Growth Opportunities etc. Don’t be a LinkedIn Loser! Be a winner by staying on top of these things! #linkedinprofile #personalbrand #recruiters #jobsearch #careercoaching
