Game Development Journey: Helix Jump Helix Jump is a super fun and engaging game with simple gameplay from a player’s perspective. But as a game developer, it’s even more fascinating! The use of looping mechanics makes it a great learning project for intermediate developers. I created this game about 5 months ago, and it was an amazing experience. Developing it was exciting, and playing it is even more fun! 🎮 If you’re into game development, I highly recommend trying similar projects—it’s a fantastic way to build your skills. #GameDevelopment #Unity #HelixJump #IndieDev #GameDesign #NepalGameDev #Bhaktapur #Kathmandu #FreelanceGameDev #LearnAndGrow #DevJourney #GamingIndustry

#Shasn, the brainchild of Zain Memon began as more than just a board game; it was created with a vision to give the world a glimpse into a politician’s mind. The idea was to design an engaging experience that captures the essence of the complex world of politics–right from India to the U.S. (and even Earth in 2040). The game puts you in the position of a politician who is met with decisions that will leave you questioning your own identity. - Concept and Design: The initial spark for SHASN stemmed from a desire to understand what makes politicians do what they do. Zain then translated this concept into an intricate game mechanic that combines different aspects of gameplay to make the experience truly immersive (I’ve had fights with people over this game). - From Thought to Tabletop: The development process involved thousands of hours of playtests in multiple countries, with over 30 different variations being tested in the first three months–all of which ended up in the creation of 2,200 unique cards and 12 kgs of gameplay called SHASN. It has been amazing to support and be a part of their journey. Pictured here is the prototype of the game with its many components, back when it was called “Manifesto”!

Yes, #TheNameGame can be somewhat similar to Dumb Charades in terms of being a fun, interactive game that people play in groups, often as an icebreaker or party activity. However, the nature of both games is different. Similarities: Group Activity: Both games are typically played in groups, and involve participants taking turns. Fun & Laughter: Both games are meant to create fun, laughter, and enjoyment, with players often having to act out or improvise. Engagement: Both require active participation, with one person acting or singing while others guess or respond. Differences: The Name Game: It involves using people's names in a playful song and creating rhyming or rhythm patterns. The main focus is on the names, and players often sing, chant, or shout out the variations of names. Dumb Charades: It's a guessing game where players act out a word or phrase (usually movie titles, books, etc.) without speaking. The rest of the group has to guess what is being acted out. It relies on acting and non-verbal communication, while the Name Game is more focused on verbal rhythms and songs. While both involve playful interaction, Dumb Charades relies on physical performance to convey meaning, while The Name Game is more about creating fun with words and names #Newyear #Newbeginning #2025 #FunFriday #Newknowledge with #Newactivities DigitalMatics Technologies Pvt Ltd by Smrithi PM and team Pooja Nayak Roshni Tripathy Manikanta Gudi Prakash Kotian Ashwini Pawar LATANCHAND S D Gowthami Srikanth Hemalatha V Nandhini Sathish Nandhini K Naveena Prasad Bhaskar Ghode Pimprikar

3D Hyper-Casual Nut and Bolt: Color Sort 🔩 Just thought I’d share a fun project I’ve worked on earlier this year at Gamican Pvt Ltd. I took a base kit and spent around 2-3 weeks transforming it by tweaking the nut and bolt mechanics, completely redoing the assets, and giving the UI a fresh look. I also added a new reward system, a roller wheel mini-game, and a fun Lucky Chest Keys to keep things interesting. In Gameplay it lets you add an extra screw or undo your moves using stars, or you can watch an ad if you’re short on stars to unlock those features. It was all about finding that balance between fun and challenge.
